I bring to therapy an eclectic and dynamic approach paired with over 10 years of experience as a practicing counselor.
My training as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and creative arts therapist gives me a unique perspective on the lives and needs of my clients. While art is certainly not used with all of my clients, my art therapist lens allows me to take a more creative and abstract approach to my counseling.
Virtual sessions allows for more flexible availability, and for clients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own space.
Having virtual sessions also allows people to search for therapists based on their specialties, not simply their location. As an LPC in both NJ and PA I am able to work with clients in both states.
Starting therapy does not have to be stressful.
Operating independently my clients and I have a direct line of communication--no receptionist, scheduling center, or billing office--just me. My goal for private counselling has been to take out all unnecessary aspects of the therapy process so that I can put all of my attention, energy and efforts into the treatment of my clients.
I started a private practice so that I can focus solely on the clinical needs of my clients, and work exclusively with clients whose needs I feel require my particular experience and skill set as a therapist.
